Dr Calvin Chan
completed his basic medical and surgical training at the University of Western Australia in 1997, receiving his aesthetic and laser training in 2002 and starting his practice of aesthetic medicine then.
Striving to stay on the cutting edge of the constantly evolving world of aesthetic medicine, he is a frequent participant in numerous international workshops and conferences and has visited and studied with renowned dermatologists and plastic surgeons from Japan, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, Italy and Columbia.
Dr. Chan used to guest host a regular weekly programme focusing on aesthetics on the Mandarin radio station LOVE97.2FM. He also makes frequent expert appearances at industry events and his professional advice is often sought and published in popular magazines like Icon, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Female, Her World, Healthy Times, Simply Her, Woman’s Weekly, etc.
Dr Amy Wong graduated from the University of Manchester and worked in the UK prior to coming to Singapore. She spent 5 years working in various hospitals in Singapore, with clinical experience in internal medicine, neurology and psychological medicine.
She has completed aesthetic courses organized by the Aesthetic Dermatology Educational Group and American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine course. She is qualified to perform IPL (Intense pulsed light) and laser assisted hair removal, pigment lasers, IPL-skin rejuvenation, fractional photothermolysis for skin rejuvenation, lasers and IPL for vascular disorder and non-surgical skin tightening devices.
She believes that aesthetic medicine, through improving health of the skin, can improve self-esteem and constitutes a part in one’s general physical and emotional well-being.
